В Европу вывезут токсичные вещества с киевского завода Радикал

Власти Киева заявили о начале очищения от токсичных веществ территории завода Радикал в Киеве.

До конца года вывезут 50 т хлорорганических отходов.

Сейчас на территории предприятия осталось около 50 тонн хлорсодержащих веществ. По словам заместителя председателя КГГА Анатолия Голубченко, 19 октября будут вывезены первые 4,5 тонн этих соединений.

Как пояснил Илья Марчевский, уполномоченный представитель израильской компании S.I. Group Consort Ltd, которая будет осуществлять работы, все 50 тонн отходов будут вывезены автотранспортом до конца этого года.

"В 2013 году начнется вывоз грунта, оборудования и металлических конструкций, загрязненных ртутью (более 200 тысяч тонн). Программа расписана на пять лет, но мы хотим это сделать за полтора года", - заявил Голубченко. По его словам, стоимость работ составит 134 млн грн, однако расходы, вероятнее всего, придется увеличить из-за отсутствия в Украине необходимых мощностей по переработке таких отходов.

Представитель СП Еврохим (компания, которая разрабатывает технико-экономическое обоснование для вывоза ртутьсодержащих отходов Радикала) Илья Дрель рассказал, что в Горловке Донецкой области есть предприятие, которое работает с концентрированными ртутными отходами. По данным газеты, именно туда отвезут часть из 200 тысяч тонн элементов, содержащих ртуть.

"Остальное будет направляться на захоронение за границу. Мы ведем переговоры с государствами, обладающими мощностями по обезвреживанию хлорорганических отходов - такими, как Великобритания, Германия, Франция и Польша", - заявил Дрель, однако отказался назвать конкретную страну, в которую будут вывозиться отходы, чиновники отказались.

"Это опасные вещества, и мы уже имели неприятный инцидент, когда сообщили, что вывозим отходы в Чехию, а нам их зеленые перекрыли границу", - пояснил Марчевский. Газета отмечает, что S.I. Group Consort Ltd уже вывезла в этом году весь бериллий с ликвидированного предприятия Запад на проспекте Вернадского, 38 в Святошинском районе Киева. "Уже сейчас мы можем назвать страну, которая приняла отходы - это Великобритания", - сообщил он.

После очищения территория Радикала не останется заброшенной. "Никакого жилищного строительства там не будет, там можно будет строить только промышленные предприятия", - заявил Голубченко.

Территория завода Радикал находится близ станции Лесная. Предприятие, расположенное по улице Красноткацкой, 61, до 1996 года являлось монополистом в Украине по производству некоторых видов синтетических материалов, в частности пенополиуретана, бертолетовой соли, гермобутила, химических средств защиты растений. 15 июля 1996 года Радикал прекратил свою работу, однако с его территории не были вывезены остатки вредных химических веществ. Работы по их утилизации велись с 2001 по 2006 год, но были прекращены из-за отсутствия финансирования.

Your Weight Loss Plan for 2007

Most people think they have to starve themselves and do hours of cardio to lose fat. But that's not true. You can lose weight and increase your metabolism with a hard diet or boring exercise plan. I strongly recommend a diet of whole, natural foods combined with fast strength and interval training workouts to help you get results in a hurry.

Q: How much fat can I lose with strength and interval training?

Answer:


The short answer is, 'a lot'. To be more specific, you should be able to lose one pound of body fat each week (in addition to following sound fat loss nutritional practices). At the same time, you should expect to gain or maintain muscle. Overall, total weight loss will be about a pound per week.

Q: Why should I only use each version of a workout for 3-4 weeks?

Answer:


We want to keep the element of variety in the training program to achieve consistent fat loss (see the above article). Nothing, except poor eating, halts fat loss like staying on a training program for too long. By switching it up on a frequent basis, you'll avoid fat loss plateaus and keep making gains in strength and fitness at the same time.

Q: I'm starting strength and interval training today and I'm unsure what is meant by interval training. Also, as I improve can I reduce the low intensity time to 30 seconds, and then if I improve further can I add more sets?

Answer:


One set of interval training is defined as: Each time you do an interval and follow it with a rest period. Therefore, to do 3 sets means you will do three intervals and you'll rest three times.

As for improving, focus on increasing the intensity of the intervals. As you get fit, the once relatively hard interval will soon be an easy interval. Therefore, you will just need to increase the resistance. As we improve, simply use a higher level on the stationary cycle.

You can reduce the rest periods to 60 seconds, but we don't often reduce them any further. The key to success is the work interval intensity. Don't sacrifice work intensity by reducing the rest interval too much. We might also increase the duration or number of work intervals, but we don't do any more than 12 intervals in a workout.

Q: What is the rationale for the eating plan?

Answer:

На сколько теперь могут торговаться покупатели недвижимости

Вторичная недвижимость продолжает дешеветь. И, похоже, эта тенденция сохранится как минимум до середины 2011 года.

Купить квартиру в Киеве в начале ноября стоит в среднем на 2% дешевле, чем месяц назад. По данным Союза Специалистов по недвижимости Украины (ССНУ), сегодня средняя цена предложения вторичного жилья в столице составляет $1900 за 1 м2.

Это примерно вчетверо больше, чем минимальный уровень за последние 10 лет (был отмечен в конце 2000-го - начале 2001 года). И примерно в полтора раза меньше, чем максимум, отмеченный в конце 2007-го - начале 2008 года.

Первый вице-президент ССНУ Игорь Однопозов отмечает, что продавцы, которые рассчитывали осенью продать квартиры подороже, так и не дождались активизации спроса. И поэтому начали снижать цены. К тому же покупатели активно торгуются, и разница между ценой предложения и реальной сделкой снова достигает 15%.

По прогнозам риелторов, падение цен будет продолжаться и дальше. Дескать, у населения нет денег, чтобы сдвинуть рынок с "мертвой" точки. Кредитование тоже не является панацеей.

К тому же банкиры предъявляют предельно жесткие требования к платежеспособности заемщика. В результате, по данным риелторов, в Киеве в кредит было куплено всего 2% квартир. Общее количество проданного жилья на вторичном рынке столицы с января по сентябрь 2010 года, по данным консалтинговой компании SV Development, составило 7178 квартир.

Weight Loss Diet Guidelines

Timing ,Driving Force,Objectives,Strategy

Timing: the best time to go on a diet is when your energies are high. When are your energies high? For most people it's when good things are happening in their lives, when everything is going smooth. But you can also find high energies when you are in a crisis. when everything is falling apart around you & in your life.

Maybe a diet, some order in your eating regimen is the only thing you CAN do. Sometimes one feels that he has no control over the events of his/her life,and here is one thing a person can control. We CAN control the things we enter our mouth. It's in our hands in more then one sense. So there is at least one aspect in your life that you are able to be in control of. Taking charge of this aspect of your life, the food you let in through your mouth, I assure you, will make you feel a bit better about your existence.

So what do I say? I say time is not an excuse, time is a resource. The dimension of time is limitless, its here all the time.

Being here and now enables you to realize your abilities, your choices. Don't dwell on the things you call past, don't live in the future, and be attentive to feeling the essence of your existence here & now. If you choose that, you can see that there is always time for a diet, or for what ever you choose to enter into your life.

Driving Force: One needs a driving force, a reason to go on a diet, a reason to go changing ones routines .Every reason is good as long as it can hold for a while. It should be strong enough to hold a period of time in which you can start seeing results & be happy about them. Then you can go on, relying on other reasons you create to help you walk through the valley of diet.

The basic reason should be living .Not living to eat but eating to live. Life has much more to offer us humans then food. There are many other things we can nourish on. Our souls also need nourishment, and the diet they need isn't the same as the physical body needs. When you find the ways to feed your soul you find yourself less hungry and much more satisfied.

Objectives: put your intentions on some reasonable objectives. You can also put them on some crazy dreamy objectives. Just have some intentions set .Set them on easy diet or fast diet, set them on lean & muscular body ,set them on improving your health or improving your looks. Set them on finding a partner or on leaving one .Set them on climbing a mountain or running a race ,on winning a prize or on spiritual evolution .Whatever works for you, you choose ,you are the one to make the links ,you are the one to walk the way.

Once you set your intentions on an objective start walking the way toward it. Make small objectives along the way .Small in the sense of easy to achieve, like short term decisions .Things you CAN do, things you can succeed in. You want to pave your way with small successful steps. If your objectives are too high or big you might get discouraged or break your diet. For example you can tell yourself that in the next hour you are not eating or drinking anything. If it's too easy take a bigger one like, today I don't eat any chocolate. I hope you got the drill.

Strategy:Each of us knows his/her weak spots ,its time to find a way to overcome them .You shouldn't do it face to face ,its more difficult that way , & even if you can do it ,how long can you hold ?For example, you don't eat anything for a whole day, that's a face to face strategy.Ok, some of you can hold a few days( -it's a Chinese method called refusing food Qi- Gong-I tried it , its not for a diet) . In a diet you need to find your balanced way of eating, a one you can keep on using fully or partly after you achieved your objectives. So you don't fight eating by stopping to eat, you come from the sides, you need strategy. An example for strategy will be not to have too much food stored in your house, or not to buy or have stocks of things you cannot resist. Have a minimal supply for one day, for a lean day .Have more vegetables as substitutions. It's hard to stand the temptations once they are within your reach. It's easier to overcome the thoughts about them when they are not present.

Mostly remember to be generous with yourself, love yourself. Look at the knotty kid in you, remember that you know all his games & excuses & hiding places. Try being there waiting for him. & sometimes let the kid in you have his wins, knowing that you see him & you let him win just this once.

Also you should know that there are many ways to get something done. Don't be fixed on one way. Not all the ways suit everybody. Choose a way with a heart, a one that is good for you. Be flexible and open to changes.

Cast off the harmful fats (hydrogenated oil and the like, nasty oil in French fries and donuts) and start eating more nutritious fats like coconut oil, olive oil, salmon, walnuts and whole organic eggs.
